Designed with the aim of supplying the quantity and the quality of oil-free air necessary for the proper use of equipment in the dental surgeries and orthodontic laboratories, these compressors are designed and manufactured having in mind the health of the patient and the safeguard of the highest hygienic standards. The Medicair program is available in two different configurations, both manufactured with the same high-quality oil-free pumps and components: Med and Dr Sonic.

Med range

Supplied without insonorisation shells and air-dryers (which are anyhow available as optionals for subsequent installation), this oil-free range of dental compressors is the entry level for dentists and laboratories in search of the highest quality standards. The compressors are extremely reliable in their life performance/maintenance and compact (taking up to less than 0.6 m² of surface area).

Dr Sonic range

Supplied as standard with advanced insonorisation shells and air-dryers, complete with all accessories (cabin made of sound-absorbing material with internal cooling system and dehydrator). These models are particularly suitable when low-noise is a "must", being necessary to position the compressor close to the workplace.

Both MED and DR SONIC oil-free compressors are fitted as standard with the "secure starting" system, which allows the compressor to start again without difficulty, even in case of being disconnected from the electric current.

The compressed air produced by a MedicAir compressor is:

• devoid of oily residues, on account of dry compression
• devoid of polluting waste, on account of materials and filters used
• devoid of condensation, on account of the dehydrator with bi-column adsorption having high drying power;
• devoid of odours, due to the internal protection of the tank with a special ANTIOXIDANT EPOXY PAINT.
